Thanks Amoskeag Health for featuring us! "Early in 2019, a compassionate donor funded through one2one USA to help pregnant women with substance use disorder in Manchester. The $45,000 grant funded a new position to address social and economic issues and treat pregnant women and their unborn children suffering from the opioid and other substance epidemics. Last week, one2one USA awarded a second grant to expand the work. This new position is expected to reach an additional 100 pregnant or parenting mothers with SUD in need of prenatal care and parenting supports. The grant is made possible by the unique mission of the one2one USA Foundation, which cuts through bureaucratic red tape by allowing donors to target donations to specific causes and individual needs. In this instance, the Foundation, worked with a couple who spend time in southern New Hampshire, to establish the Program that provided the grant."#opioidcrisis #opioidaddiction #opioidawareness #whyigive #philanthropy #meaningfulgiving ...
